Ralph Carballal (57), Director, New York, USA

Mr. Carballal brings senior Wall Street experience to DynaPel, having spent the last 26 years as an investment banker. He was previously Managing Director of two Wall Street firms: Smith Barney and Prudential Securities. In 1991, Mr. Carballal and two other senior bankers founded the Private Merchant Banking Company, which specialized in M&A and private equity investments in small and mid-cap companies. Mr. Carballal holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and he is a Director on the Board of Opticom ASA.

Espen Brodin, Director, Oslo, Norway

Espen Brodin has a long international career from the banking and IT industry. He was Senior Vice President of one the largest bank in Norway, and co-founder and President and CEO of Fast Search & Transfer (FAST). FAST was the most successful IT Company in Norway. Their Internet search is the core of Yahoo and Microsoft made a bid for the company in January 2008. Espen is serving as Board Member in numerous boards in Norway and abroad. Mr Brodin holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy

Paul Fevang, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Pål (Paul) Fevang holds a MSc degree in Computer Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), after which he served his military duty with the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment conducting research in digital signal processing. Most recently he was a partner of Accenture (a global management-consulting firm listed on NYSE) where he during the last 20 years held a number of management positions - including lead partner for Technology integration services in the Nordic region - a unit with over 500 technology specialists. During his period with Accenture the Norwegian practice grew from 20 to more than 1000 and the Nordic practice to over 3000 consultants. Mr. Fevang has international experience from selling and delivering strategic projects that has improved business for clients in multiple industries, including electronics and hi-tech, telecommunications, banking and finance as well as government services such as defence and police. During his career he has been based in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Chicago - and is now back in Oslo. He joined DynaPel as President and CEO in june 2007

Dr. Dieter Koller (44), Chief Technology Officer, Munich, Germany

Dr. Dieter Koller joined DynaPel in April 2002 in the capacity of Technical Director, managing the company's software and hardware engineering department. Dr. Koller brings 18 years of experience in image processing, video analysis and computer graphics into the company. His former employment as senior researcher and manager includes the European Computer Research Centre (ECRC) in Munich, Germany, and Autodesk, California. Until recently he served as VP of Engineering at Enroute Imaging, Palo Alto, California. Dr. Koller holds a MS in Physics and PhD Computer Science, both from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. He has also held post-doctoral research positions at the University of California at Berkeley and the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, USA. Dr. Koller is author or co-author of more than twenty international research publications.

Tore Formo (42), Chief Financial Officer, Oslo, Norway

Tore Formo has been engaged by DynaPel on a consultancy basis since 2002 and was appointed CFO from November 1, 2004. Mr. Formo has 14 years of financial experience, from both the equity and debt markets as well as smaller technology companies in Norway. Mr. Formo has his education from BI, Norway (siviløkonom) and Mannheim, Germany.
